With this project, we are creating some or our most powerful images, and that is because parents allow us to share in their love of their precious gifts. We all come away from this experience profoundly changed . . . Here are parents who know their children have died or are going to die, they have opened their hearts to complete strangers, and they have taken the time to share their child with us, and you, the world. They share with us the joy of being parents, even knowing that joy was so fleeting.
